In some cases,  products and the like, the actual product may little different from the picture shown with the real product. Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

In RH Rudraksh , some of the products would be capped in German silver or silver metal, when made as Pendant. RH Rudraksh is not responsible if any person suffers from any kind of skin allergies/ skin rash or any kind of physical ailments caused while wearing it. 

Under the copyright law, company will not permit posting, coping, downloading, uploading, transmission, retransmission, distribution, redistribution, publication, republication, recompilation, dissembling or other modification or commercial exploitation of any proprietary material made available through RH Rudraksh.com. RH Rudraksh is not responsible for any misuse of data through any linked site.

All possible effort is made to keep the RH Rudraksh website up and running faster smoothly. Even though, RH Rudraksh takes no responsibility for, and RH Rudraksh will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

Payment Policy – In case of payment failure while making a payment (due to internet issues/failure) from your side, the deducted amount if we receive on the product (twice), we will refund it to your mode of payment within 5 working days.

If amount debited from customer account and order not confirmed, RH Rudraksh will refund the entire amount electronically (as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.

RH Rudraksh offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

• Bar any User from making or completing any or all Transaction(s); and
• Refuse to provide any User with any product.
• You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including but not limited to all shipping and handling charges, taxes.
• RH RUDRAKSH or our agents may call or message regarding your account or Transaction(s). You agree that we may place such calls or messages using an automatic dialing/announcing device. You agree that we may make such calls or messages to a mobile or other similar device. You agree that we may, for training purposes or to evaluate the quality of our service, listen to and record phone conversations you have with us through our customer service facility. 

PRICING INFORMATION

• RH RUDRAKSH strives to provide accurate and correct information at all times. However, sometimes errors may occur.
• RH RUDRAKSH can only confirm the actual price of the order once the order is placed.
• We hold the right to cancel your order if the price of the product and/or product information is inaccurately listed due to some technical error. However, this would not apply in case the order has already been delivered / dispatched.
• In the event, where the price of the product and/or product information has been wrongly listed, RH RUDRAKSH will first contact you for instructions and only upon your explicit instruction to process the order, will RH RUDRAKSH deliver the order. In all other cases such an order shall be deemed to be not received.
• Upon our sole discretion we may cease or discontinue listing a product on our Website. Further, we may also change the price and/or any other information about the product. Any such change may not be notified or intimated to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RH RUDRAKSH , its owners, licensors, suppliers, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their Representatives, from any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, loss, costs, demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of the User’s breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy and other policies, or the User’s violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of any intellectual property rights) of a third-party. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

The Users agree that they have read through the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) that is provided on the Website and have understood and agreed to the terms incorporated therein. The Users consent to the use of their personal and non-personal information by RH Rudraksh in accordance with the terms of as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

COD Charges.
Extra Rs.180 will be added to avail COD on products. 

NOTE : Once the part / advance payment for the COD products is received by us, is not reversible / refundable in any case.
