Return & Replacement / Exchange Policy

At RH RUDRAKSH, we take pride in offering natural rudraksh, gemstones, tulsi mala, rudraksh mala, chandan mala, healing stones, etc. offering each piece truly unique. However, due to the nature of the products we implore you to kindly refer to the below mentioned policy before requesting a return/exchange and/or refund.

5 Days Return & Exchange Policy

Our team has a strong quality check on each and every product, therefore certification is not provided to any damaged product or fake product. After the strong quality check and multiple ways to keep the quality of the product intact our team packs each and every product very carefully and responsibly.

While we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase we cannot guarantee that each request for return/refund and/or exchange will be accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse and/or deny any such request if it is not aligned with the below mentioned conditions.

Eligibility:

·      Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

·      Replacement for items is subject to inspection and checking by our team at RH Rudraksh.

·      Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns and Replacement Policy.

·      Product should be accompanied with original product certification and original copy of invoice, packaging, documentations, lab certificates, discount coupons (if any), etc.

·      Return will not be accepted if there are any modifications done to the original product(s).

·      Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect product.

Note: In case you want to exchange any product, you need to inform us within 5 days of receiving the product. (We will check the shipment delivery date to the client from courier tracking number).

Make the video when you are unboxing our product, video should be proper and clear enough to show our company’s name / box and the product, when you are taking it out from the box. If product found broken into pieces when taken out from our company’s box, than it is liable for an exchange with the same product.

Send the video immediately to the provided phone number/ WhatsApp/ Email ID after receiving our product and unboxing it. IF THE VIDEO OF UNBOXING THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPER/BLUR OR YOU HAVENT SEND IT WITHIN THE FIVE DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT / WITHIN THE FIVE DAYS OF PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED TO YOU (DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE CLIENT IS TRACKED BY THE TRACKING ID GENERATED TO THE CLIENT WHEN THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROM OUR OFFICE) YOU ARE NOT LIABLE FOR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT. 

Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

The Company shall not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

1.     Change of Mind: If the Customer simply dislikes the product or no longer wishes to retain it.

2.     Minor Flaws or Packaging Issues: If there are minor imperfections or issues with the packaging that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.

3.     Slight Colour or Size Variations: If there are slight differences in colour or size from what was perceived during the purchase, such variations may occur due to factors such as lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing tolerances.

4.     Receiving Date Issues: If the customer wants to receive the product before some give time frame (suggested by their pandit ji, astrologer, numerologists etc.) or before any occasion, request you to order the product prior the date/ time limit provided by your pandit ji, astrologer or numerologist.

Normally it takes 5-7 days business days (exclusive of public / national holidays) to reach a destination within INDIA. Excuses of not receiving the products within given time frame / or date of the occasion will not be entrained by our company as it is your responsibility to order the product prior your given time frame or date of upcoming occasions. Therefore, you will not be liable for any return/exchange/ refund on the respective product.

 Timeframe: Requests for an exchange must be made within seven (05) days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition with its original certification and packaging intact. Any tampering with the product and/or its certifications will be cause enough for us to deny your return request.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your purchased item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed & you will be notified by us.

Please send us an email at rhrud.info@rhrudraksh.com before initiating the exchange. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service or speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be exchanged.

Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.

Exclusions: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 5-day period.

We at RH RUDRAKSH take utmost pride in serving the best products, however should you have any doubts in regards to the quality of the product we implore you to kindly get the product verified for authenticity at a Government gemological lab . If any gemstone, rudraksh bead, rudraksh mala, tulsi mala, chandan mala or healing stone  is proven to be synthetic or artificial by such an institute , you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange; as you deem fit.

Note:  Please note that courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable on any product you wish to return and/or exchange. The Company will not arrange for any pick up in case of any return/exchange. All charges including shipping charges for such return/exchange shall be borne by you and cannot be claimed, adjusted or issued as a credit note from our end.

Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)

Please note that returns are not possible for the following categories unless the product is damaged:

1. Customised products – (Rings, mala, bracelets etc.)

2. Sale items (if applicable)

All items marked as "Sale" or purchased at a discounted price are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. By completing the purchase of a sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

3. Products received exactly as ordered.

Note- Please note that due to the intrinsic nature of the products we sell on the website and the likelihood of these products being exchanged with fake/low quality counter products, we cannot accept any return requests for such products. Please note personalized rings/jewellery/bracelets or any kind of wearable made with specific fitting size for a person cannot be returned.
